Head of Emerging Technology Policy

James Czerniawski is the Head of Emerging Technology Policy at the Consumer Choice Center. Before joining the organization, he was a Senior Policy Analyst in Technology and Innovation at Americans for Prosperity. His work has been featured in the New York Post, The Hill, The Morning Consult, U.S. News and World Report, and more.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Early American History from The State University of New York at Purchase College and his Master’s degree in Economics from George Mason University, where he was an MA Fellow with the Mercatus Center.
