We believe this is the right approach. So too does David Clement, North American affairs manager for the Consumer Choice Center, who said, “Not having a cap on cannabis retail outlets will mean that the cannabis market will be able to accurately respond to market pressures and demand for the product…. More importantly, it is a huge step in the right direction in terms of combating the black market and ensuring that consumers make the transition from purchasing cannabis illegally to purchasing it legally.”
