Ryan Spinney is a policy intern for the year 2023 at the CCC. Ryan is a junior at Providence College, where he is currently studying finance and economics. He plans to finish his undergraduate degree and pursue a master’s in economics. In his free time, Ryan likes to study international politics and history.
