Jens Teutrine

Director for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Jens Teutrine serves in the role of Director for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for the Consumer Choice Center (CCC). He is based in Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL), in northeastern North Rhine-Westphalia, and in Berlin, the German capital. Jens Teutrine is convinced that individual freedom and open markets are the strongest foundations for progress, innovation, and prosperity. He is focused on consumer choice, regulatory policy, and pro-market reform.

Before collaborating with the Consumer Choice Center, he was a member of Germany’s federal parliament, the Bundestag, where he worked on the Health Committee and the Committee on Labour and Social Affairs. He also chaired the group of MPs under 40 within his parliamentary group.

He studied philosophy and social sciences and served as federal chairman of the Young Liberals (Junge Liberale) in Germany. In addition, he works as a freelance public affairs consultant, advising SMEs and associations on political engagement and regulatory issues. Past and present, he has been a visible voice in German media for freedom, personal responsibility, and open markets, commenting on political developments and regulatory debates.
