Supreme Court ends the trial bar playbook on EPA-approved products in the Monsanto case
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled today in Monsanto v. Durnell that federal pesticide law preempts state-court verdicts forcing a cancer warning onto a product the EPA has cleared dozens of times over four decades.
